I don't know what to say except to say this place is MAGNIFIQUE. One of my favorite places in the world!!! It is a mom and pop restaurant. Pat is a fantastic cook!

The place is not fancy but if you want delicious food for super reasonable prices then this is the stop. Everything was absolutely amazing. We had escargot for 6 euros and it was absolutely delicious! Never had them before but they were so tasty.

Then I had blanquette de veel Riz (veal) for only 11 euros! The portion size was generous and every bite was amazing. My husband had filet de boeuf grilles - grilled steak very rare and it was easily the best beef he has ever had according to him. Get the blue cheese sauce.

Then we had local beers with out meal and profiteroles and creme brûlée!

I don't know what other reviews are talking about but this place is amazing! People who do not like her food obviously do not understand good French cooking. It's not pretentious, has no frills of a fancy restaurant. Who cares about the decor - you can't eat it. She could've charged me 50 euros for my veal and I would still pay.

Pat the owner is a nice old lady. She does not speak a word of English but she is so friendly. Someone was nice enough to translate for her and we got to know her. The restaurant has been there for decades and she ran it with her husband. When her husband died it broke her heart,  but her son now helps her.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. The prices are so cheap and the food is the best I've had in Paris. I've eaten in some places in Paris that were four times the price and they cant compare to Pat's food.  Cash only!

My husband and I always love going to mom and pop restaurants and we just found this hidden gem of a restaurant.
We were the first one there and as we were ordering food in our broken French... okay I lied my broken Spanish (somehow when I spoke in Spanish we were able to communicate), the owner started placing reserved signs on tables. This place was small too!  Let's just say it was going to be a packed night!
Anyways, Americans, the menu is in French. God bless this man eating with his daughter, with his broken English and my broken Spanish, my husband and I ordered a perfect meal. My husband ordered beef with some cheese sauce and vegetables and I had Salmon with veggies and potatoes.
I would go to this place again. Hopefully this man will be there again, his daughter was also very kind to us (she looked a lot like Miley Cyrus).

Amazing place!  Our new favorite local restaurant in the 10th.  It was like going to Grandma's house for a home-cooked meal (if my Grandma was French and cooked like a chef).   The owner (wish I'd gotten her name) was so warm & friendly, laughing WITH us at our poor attempts to speak French.  Welcomed us with open arms, and served everything with a flourish and a smile. Made us feel so welcome that we were hugging & kissing our goodbyes.  Can't wait to go back next time we're in Paris!

Came here for dinner due to its vicinity to my hotel and the great reviews.  Endearing mom and pop shop.  The husband was kind enough to translate the menu for me while the wife was in the kitchen.  I ordered the fish entrée with vegetable sides.  I really wanted to love this meal but it was just alright.  The fish was nicely cooked in butter.  However, the vegetables were way over cooked and the potatoes under cooked - not sure if it's a cultural cooking difference.  I also tried the crème brulee which was like a bowl of sugar yikes.

I'm not sure about this place and cannot attest to the food simply because we didn't make it that far into the Golden Pats culinary journey.

We were in the restaurant all of two minutes after being sat at a dirty table by la Madame. The gentleman from behind the bar came out and wiped down the table. Ohh-la. Not sure if it was the table rag or the gentleman, but one of the two had not been washed since a rather long time. After the table was cleaned ("quotation marks"), the lingering stench strongly encouraged us to leave the restaurant tout suite.

When they refer in tourist blogs to the unique smells of Paris restaurants this is not what I had in mind. It's not basic science to understand that if they don't have personal proper hygiene, the restaurant most-likely will be comparable in standards.
